A Bond of $5,000 is payable 1 week prior to arrival and refunded within
a week of departure.

OPTIONAL - the pool can be heated at a cost of $50 per day.

Availability

Payment

  • All rates quoted are inclusive of GST.

  • A 5% discount is applied to bookings of 30 nights or greater.

  • 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking (by bank transfer).

  • The remaining 50% is payable by the first day of the month in which you are booked to arrive.

  • A cleaning & linen fee of $850 is payable.

Cancellations

  • 1 month prior to arrival date will result in 50% refund.

  • 2 weeks prior to arrival date will result in 30% refund.

  • Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, no refund unless house is re-let (less administration fees).
